Plain-language money on Stellar
Moneythatlistens.
Send and convert money by saying it in your own words. Tero shows you exactly what will happen, then your wallet signs. Nothing moves until you say yes.
Runs on Stellar testnet. Balances are test funds with no cash value.
- Your keys never leave your wallet
- Every transaction signed by you
- No account to open — just connect
A demonstration of Tero: someone types “send ₱2,000 to Ana”, Tero shows a card with what will happen, and they approve it in their own wallet.
Every action looks like this. Nothing moves until you approve and your own wallet signs.
- send ₱2,000 to Ana
- send 25 USDC to Ana
- convert 100 XLM to USDC
- allow USDC
- pay Ana back 10 USDC
- send 50 XLM to my exchange, memo 48213
- swap 20 USDC for XLM
- send 120 USDC to GDK3…C9QX
- send some money to Ana
What we believe
Sending money home shouldn't feel like defusing a bomb.
You shouldn't need to know what slippage means to change one currency into another.
And nothing — nothing — should move until you've said yes.
Three words. That’s the whole app.
- Say
Type it the way you'd text it. Tero understands money words, not crypto words, and asks one question when something is missing.
send ₱2,000 to Ana - See
Before anything happens, a card shows the real outcome. What leaves, what arrives, the fee, the worst case. In plain words.
Tero will
Send ₱2,000 to Ana
- Ana gets
- 31.85 USDC
- In pesos
- ₱2,000
- Address
- paid before
- Sign
Your wallet signs. Not ours. Tero never holds your money — it can't, by design.

What you can do
Everything happens in one conversation.
No menus to learn and no forms to fill in. Say it, and Tero turns it into a card you can check. Anything it can’t do safely, it says so in words — and nothing reaches your wallet.
Send
In pesos or dollars, to a name you've paid before or a full address. Say ₱2,000 and Tero works out the USDC at today's rate and shows you both.
“send ₱2,000 to Ana”
Convert
XLM to USDC and back. Tero finds the route and shows the least you'll get. If the price moves before you sign, the card asks again.
“convert 100 XLM to USDC”
Allow an asset
Your account holds an asset only after you allow it once. One small signed step, and the 0.5 XLM it sets aside comes back if you ever remove it.
“allow USDC”
Get paid
Show your code. Anyone with a Stellar wallet can scan it and pay you. They don't need Tero.
Your payment code
Scan to pay
Point your camera at a payment code. It becomes the same card, with the same checks, as anything you type.
The camera, in chat
Receipts
Everything you sign gets a receipt in plain words, linked to the public record on Stellar. Your chats and history follow your wallet to any device.

What Tero won’t let happen.
Money that matters deserves a product that is hard to misuse. These aren’t settings you have to find. They’re on from the first day.
Sending to an address you've never used?
You check its last four characters before the button even works.
More than your per-send limit?
You type CONFIRM to go ahead. Nothing gets past the hard ceiling at all.
Past your daily limit?
Everything you sign in a rolling day is added up. Go over, and it stops until the day rolls on.
The price moved while you were reading?
The card refreshes and asks again. You never sign a stale number.
An address reported as a scam, or made to look like one you've paid?
Blocked before it reaches your wallet, with a reason you can read.
An exchange deposit with no memo?
Stopped. Without the memo the exchange can't credit you.
An address that can't receive the asset?
You're told before you sign, and what to ask them to do.
An AI that just does it for you?
Not here. Tero proposes. You decide. Your wallet signs.
Non-custodial by design
We built it so we can’t touch your money.
You ask
In your own words
The assistant proposes
It can suggest. It can't sign.
The money service checks
Your limits, then the built transaction
Your wallet signs
Only after you approve. The keys never leave it.
Stellar settles it
In seconds, on the public record
- 01
Your keys stay in your wallet.
Tero never sees them, never stores them, and can't move anything without your signature. It is a window onto your money, not a vault for it.
- 02
Connecting costs nothing.
Signing in proves the wallet is yours with a signature that can never be sent to the network. No fee, and nothing moves.
- 03
Two checks before your wallet sees anything.
The assistant only proposes. A separate money service re-checks every field against your limits, then confirms the built transaction is exactly what you approved. If anything differs, it stops.
- 04
Everything is on the public record.
Each transaction settles on Stellar in seconds, and every receipt links to it, so you never have to take our word for what happened.
Questions
Good questions to ask.
Anything that touches your money should be able to answer these plainly.
Is this real money?
No. Tero here runs on Stellar testnet, where balances are test funds with no cash value. Switch your wallet to Testnet and fund the account with Friendbot to try every feature without risk.
Does Tero hold my money?
No. Your money stays in your own Stellar account, and only your wallet can sign for it. Tero reads your balances, proposes what you asked for, and hands the transaction to your wallet. If Tero disappeared tomorrow, your money would be exactly where it is.
What does it cost?
You pay the Stellar network fee, which is shown on every card before you sign and is usually a small fraction of a cent. Allowing a new asset also sets aside 0.5 XLM in your own account, which comes back if you remove the asset from your wallet.
Which wallets work?
Freighter is the one we recommend in the browser. Other Stellar browser wallets, including xBull, Lobstr, Albedo, Rabet and Hana, work through the same Connect button.
Can I use pesos?
Yes, for saying and seeing amounts. Say “send ₱2,000 to Ana” and Tero converts it to USDC at today's reference rate, and the card shows both before you sign. Balances and limits show a ₱ figure too. The money itself moves as USDC; Tero doesn't pay out pesos to a bank or e-wallet.
Which assets can I use?
XLM and the fiat-backed stablecoins whose issuers vouch for them on Stellar: USDC and EURC from Circle, PayPal USD, and a handful more in dollars, euros and other currencies. Tero only works with assets on its list, with each issuer pinned, so a look-alike token with the same name is never mistaken for the real one.
What if the assistant misunderstands me?
Then you'll see it on the card, before anything happens. The assistant can only propose. Every amount, address and limit is checked again by a separate service, the transaction is verified against what you approved, and nothing moves until your wallet signs.
Do I need to create an account?
No sign-up, no email, no password. Connecting your wallet is the whole account. Your chats and history are tied to your wallet address, so they're there on any device you connect from.
Say it.
Sign it.
Connect the wallet you already use and tell Tero what you want. It takes about a minute, and nothing moves until you say yes.
